Margins of Light by Joelle Sander

Award winning writer, Joelle Sander, received her award from C. Everett Koop, former Surgeon General, for her book BEFORE THEIR TIME.  Her award was designated “Best Adult Book About Children,” given by the Braun Center for Holocaust Studies in collaboration with the Kosciuszko Foundation.  Sander was the Associate Director of The Center for Continuing Education at Sarah Lawrence College for twenty years and taught “Modern American Poetry” in the B.A. program for adults.  MARGINS of LIGHT is her first book of poetry. She is also a successfu painter (JoelleSander.com) and lives in New York City.
